Sydnie Ehm

Sydnie graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 2025. It was through discipleship that she truly began to understand what a personal relationship with Jesus looks like. Throughout college, the Lord grew her heart to share her faith with her sorority sisters who didn't know Jesus. Since then, she has dedicated her time to discipling younger women, especially within Greek Life. In her free time, she enjoys walking with friends, reading, and drinking good coffee. Sydnie is excited to labor for the Lord and teach young women how to walk with Jesus for the rest of their lives!

Karinne Howell

Karinne graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in May of 2025. Karinne accepted Christ her freshman year of college through reading the Bible with an upperclassman in the Navigators. That upperclassman discipled her for the next 3 years teaching her what it looks like to follow the Lord, make Him known, and help others do the same. Karinne caught the vision for disciple making and has devoted her time to discipling younger women and ministering to lost students who were like her, her freshman year. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks and being active, playing board games, and getting a sweet treat. Karinne is excited to continue to invest in younger students and teach them how to follow Jesus for al lifetime!
